About PUDDING.
This website is operated by Lucy Sawkins, trading as PUDDING., ABN 60 676 846 204, based in North Perth, Western Australia.
These terms apply to purchases from our online store and use of our website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Products
We sell curated gift boxes and lifestyle products for personal gifts and corporate gifting.
Please read each product description carefully, including the listed contents, dimensions, materials and any care or safety information. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
We will seek your agreement before making a material substitution to an item in an accepted order. If you do not agree, we will offer an appropriate alternative or refund.
For food products, please check the packaging for ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and best-before dates before consumption. Contact us before ordering if you need further product information.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and ensure you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm that we can fulfil it.
If an item is unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options. We will not increase an agreed price without your consent. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods.
For corporate or customised orders, any additional arrangements will be confirmed in writing before you commit to the purchase.
Prices
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes, including GST where applicable.
Delivery charges are additional unless expressly stated otherwise. Available delivery options, charges and the total payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an accepted order.
Shipping and delivery
Dispatch and delivery estimates will be identified as estimates. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with the available information and options.
Please check the recipient’s address before ordering. Contact us promptly if a parcel is missing, damaged or delivered incorrectly so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.
Our responsibility for your order does not automatically end when it is handed to a delivery carrier.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@hellopudding.com.au as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated, depending on whether preparation or dispatch has begun.
Any cancellation conditions for customised or corporate orders will be disclosed and agreed before ordering. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights.
Returns and consumer rights
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to contact us about returns, faults, damage or incorrect items.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on curated gift boxes. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including rights to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation where applicable.
Gifts containing alcohol
Gift boxes containing alcohol are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Both the purchaser and intended recipient must be at least 18. Age verification and delivery restrictions may apply and will be communicated before purchase.
Website use and intellectual property
Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse customer information or submit fraudulent orders.
Our branding, original photographs, designs and written content belong to PUDDING. or their respective owners. Please obtain permission before reproducing them for commercial use.
Privacy and Shopify
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and handled.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform used to process online purchases. Your purchase agreement is with PUDDING.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when we accept your order applies to that order unless we agree otherwise with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Australian law. This does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights or rights to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.
